APPEARANCE

Kamui appears to be a 17 year old boy with blue eyes and messy short black hair. He is lean and stands at about 5'5". His expression remains apathetic for the most part. When angered, which is rather easy, he takes on a much scarier persona.

Because of spending so much time in Tokyo Kamui stopped wearing the elaborate outfit with the cloak and chain in favor of a much simpler all black clothing with a thick belt..

PERSONALITY

Almost opposite of his brother, Kamui is rash- quick to make decisions, judgments, and assessments. He's head strong enough to carry out those decisions without a second thought.

Although Kamui did have a chance to make friends during his time in Tokyo he opted not to. He gained followers but they meant very little to him. He seems to not understand that sort of thing. Evident in how confused he looked when Mokona hugged him for saving Fay. Kamui prefers the company of his brother over anyone else.

He is fiercely protective of those he loves, which would be Subaru.

SPECIAL

Notable Possessions: Just his necklace: a stone in wings on a heavy chain that matches his brother's.

Abilities/Strengths: The source of his magic is the blue color of his eyes, this magic grows stronger the more he uses it. If given the chance he could easily become the most powerful sorcerer ever. Since his brother is good with offensive and sealing magic he's strongest with defensive and healing magic. His magic can also slow his aging process.

Weaknesses: Vampirism has its draw backs, although unlike lore he remains unfazed by the sun, garlic, or holy water he cannot enter places of worship and must be first invited into a place before he can enter. A stake thought the heart or beheading will kill him, but that should kill anyone!

Kamui does need to feed on blood every ten days or so to sustain himself.

In a sense his greatest weakness is probably his brother, Subaru, as Kamui would do anything to protect him.

HISTORY

Kamui and his twin brother, Subaru, are full blooded vampires who travel form dimension to dimension to avoid the treasure seeker Seishiro. Yuuko, the witch of dimensions, granted them this ability in exchange for some of Subaru's blood. In their home country, they were sons of vampire nobility, powerful both physically and politically. The brothers were inseparable, and tied by their father's blood had vowed to protect each other no matter what.

When the brothers arrived in Tokyo they were drawn toward a great power. This power was one of Sakura's feathers. It incased Subaru in a cocoon-type thing. Kamui tried to save his brother but Subaru told him to stay back or it would get him too. So Kamui stayed in that world protecting his brother and by extension the government building reservoir. He even became the leader of that group of survivors. He was feared and respected, the other's marveled at his determination to protect the water and his skill in fighting.

Three years later Syaoran and his friends showed up. The group took shelter from the acid rain in the government building. Inside they were attacked by some of the Government building people. Syaoran was able to kick most of the arrows away. The others thought they were thieves, Kamui wondered if he was "E" but then decided to just kill him. Kurogane came to his rescue and was actually able to blow Kamui against the wall but he appeared to be unhurt after.

One day while gazing into the water as he often did Kamui spotted something down there. He dove in to find it was Sakura's soul in the cocoon. He watched as a feather was returned to her and all the power and protection to gave them disappeared. Then Syaoran dove in, interfering with what Kamui was trying to do. Even though they were under water Kamui could move with ease and speed. When Syaoran tried to fight back Kamui recognized his moves as being the same as Seishiro's. He declared that he would kill Syaoran because maybe if his blood was dank dry Subaru will awaken.

After the clone left Subaru woke from his sleep in time catch the devastated Sakura. Kamui was so relived that his brother had finally awoken and they could go on to the next world before the hunter found them. But Subaru said they had to wait until everything was fixed before they moved on.

Subaru asked Yuuko for water enough to fill the reservoir. Since Kurogane wanted to save Fay's life Yuuko told Subaru to ask Kurogane to pay the price for the water in exchange for some of his blood. Kamui protested this arrangement because it would be troublesome if they ended up like Seishiro. However Subaru agreed to do it but Kamui took his place, slashing his wrist before anyone could stop him saying that he didn't want anyone messing with his brother's blood again. He turned Fay into a vampire and Kurogane into the "bait".

When they were finally able to leave after everything was in order again Subaru disappeared leaving Kamui in the next world alone. He restlessly, desperately searched for Subaru. None who dared interfere survived. It continued like this until the day he, too, was pulled into Econtra.
